Express Technology Affiliate Program Terms :


This Agreement contains the terms and conditions pertaining to your participation as an affiliate of Express Technology.in. In this Agreement, "we" or "our" refers to Express Technology.in services, and "you" refers to an "Affiliate or distributor." We will hereafter use "you" and "Affiliate" interchangeably.


  1. How to Enroll in the Program

    2. Complete the online registration by providing your upliner or sponsor name and basic detail about you. We will automatically accept you into our program. However, we reserve the right to reject your application at anytime and for whatever reason we deem necessary. Possible reasons for rejection include, but are not limited to, sites we find to contain sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content, or if illegal or unsavory methods such as spamming are used in connection with this affiliation. If we deem that your account( user account) or practices are in violation of our standards, your application will be rejected retroactively, and you will not be entitled to any affiliate commissions.


  2. Links on Your user account

  3. Orders and Tracking

    4. We will be responsible for orders placed by customers who follow links from your site or distributor’s user panel to the affiliates host store. This means we will handle all issues pertaining to the store purchases that are a result of a link from your site.

    7. One time charges for complete portal and software is Rs. 3600. After that user has to pay Rs.1/day maintenance charges from the approve of registration.


  7. How to Identify Yourself as an Affiliate

    8. We will provide a graphic image and other linking options to put on your user panel and that identifies you as a Distributer


  8. Limitation of Liability

    9. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program.

    10. We cannot guarantee that our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for any consequences arising from any interruptions or errors.

Commission criteria: Commission will be purely based on sales volume. As sales volume increase commission level also increase. We provide commission on new sales, recharge, flight booking, domestic money transfer, bus ticket booking, affiliates and businessdiary sales


Qualification of a ExpressTechnology.in distributer : Commission policy is reserved for ExpressTechnology.in distributer, which includes individual, student, self employee or any other which intent to show interest on ExpressTechnology.in services.


Acceptance of referrals : Express Technology.in distributer will be compensated for successful initial introductions and / or referrals of their clients. Express Technology.in will accept referrals based on order of receipt of the same, subject to information, as deemed necessary by Express Technology.in, provided by the Distributer about their client. This applies to all referrals, unless instructed otherwise by the client. An ExpressTechnology.in distributer must refer prospects through a sponsor ID.


Payment :Express Technology.in shall endeavour to pay commission within 7 days of receipt of successful referral. A referral will be deemed as successful once initial payment due from the client is received and successfully registered, along with documents as necessary to complete the execution of the Acceptance.


Acceptance of terms : Submittal of a referral to Express Technology.in alone indicates acceptance of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this policy at any time without prior notice.
